Instructions
- Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 / 180 °C. Peel and core the apples and slice. Then place the slices into a small shallow baking dish. Sprinkle over 10g of Light Muscovado sugar, 10g of sweetener and the cinnamon. Mix together well and then level off.
- Next make the crumble mixture. Add the flour, margarine and the remainder of the Light Muscovado sugar and artificial sweetener to a mixing bowl. Using your fingers, rub the margarine into the flour, sugar and sweetener until the mixture looks like rough breadcrumbs.
- Empty the crumble mixture on to the apples and spread evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and crisp.
