Instructions

  1. To make the barbecue glaze, stir the tomato purée, brown fruity sauce, white wine vinegar, honey, oil and garlic together in a bowl until well mix.
  2. Brush the glaze over the chicken and grill under a high heat for 15-20 minutes (or until golden brown) turning and basting frequently.
