Instructions
- Add the fromage frais, yoghurt, sugar, drinking chocolate and cocoa powder to a bowl and mix well. Once mixed add the vanilla essence and stir through.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Once still, fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture to make a "super chocolate" mixture.
- Spoon the "super chocolate" mixture into 4 dessert pots and chill in the fridge for approximately 30-45 minutes.
- After 30-45 minutes, remove from the fridge, decorate with a few coffee beans and enjoy!
